3D File User Agreement
Axlemask studios and ziontyroscustomwares.com, hereafter let’s the (user). Use the 3d files for their own personal use, according to the license/user agreement as hereafter shall be described.
The rights to these 3d files are not sold or given. They are owned solely by Axlemask studios, and you receive a license to use these files according to the license you purchase. There are 3 options currently.
Personal Use: Defined in section named “Personal Use License Agreement”
Small business Commercial Use: Defined in section “Small Business Commercial License Agreement”
Public Release: Defined in section “Public release License”
Granting of License
Axlemask Studios hereby grants you, the User, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-renewable, limited license to use the Models subject to the following terms according to your purchase:
Personal Use License Agreement. Upon purchase of this file license, you agree to the following terms
The user is allowed to make models with their own 3d printers for their own personal use.
Any derivative forms of the models can only be used for personal use unless the following occurs.
1. A small business commercial license is purchased
2. The base file has been updated to a public Release License
The user may use third party printing services as long as the files will not be available or distributed to other 3rd party users in a way that makes it available for them to print the files.
The user may not distribute the 3d files or any derivative works thereof. This includes but is not limited to sharing of the purchased license files, download from a website, email, social media sharing. The user may only download the files from the website ziontyroscustomwares.com, or to receive them directly from the website owner.
This restriction is released whenever the license is released and transferred to a Public Release License.
The user may not claim authorship of the base model, and must provide credit to any derivative works of these models when producing works that use any part or whole of these models.
You may present any non-commercial depictions of the files or any derivative depictions of these files as long as credit is given.
Small business Commercial License Agreement
The user may only use the 3d models provided on ziontyroscustomwares.com for commercial use either by purchasing a Small Business Commercial License Agreement, or by written permission from the owner of ziontyroscustomwares.com.
The sale or distribution of any derivative work, derivative model, or use in any commercial project, and any depiction for the purpose of commercial gain, must be done under this license.
The activities based on the Models of a commercial User shall be limited to selling physical 3D prints of the Models. This license does not grant the User the right to develop any kind activity based on the digital form of the Models, including but not limited to, selling the digital files of the Models, licensing the Models or distribution of the Models in any other form than physical 3D prints. The same restriction apply to any models derived or based on the models from ziontyroscustomwares.com.
At any time, this user agreement may be transferred, terminated, or converted to a Public Release License. Ziontyroscustomwares.com or anny associates thereof will not be held liable for any loss of revenue, hardship, loss of goodwill, or change in perception that this may cause.

Public Release License.
Conversion of any other license agreement to public release can be done at any time for any reason.
All restrictions from the other license agreements are null besides the following:

Any commercial or business use is permitted for the files under this license.
By purchasing the license to these files, the user has agreed to these terms and has acknowledged that they have read these terms.
