The future heroes initiative is a recruitment, training, and volunteer program. The purpose of this program is to prepare matoran and young agori to receive elemental abilities and take on the mantle of protectors. 

The recruitment process is mainly passive and made for those who already have the qualities and desire to protect their fellows. This selection process is extremely secretive, and includes several rounds of monitoring. Often citizens of high regard are chosen for this role due to their record.

The selection process can often take decades, and is completely voluntary at this point in time. Little issue with data leaking of information has been noted due to the careful selection and monitoring before approaching the individual to see if they will volunteer.

The hidden Heroes Initiative has developed a few select pieces of equipment to assist in the case that a counter organization forms, or an individual with ill intent gets ahold of information reguarding the program.
