Two toa stones were formed with separate abilities. 1 of water, and 1 of psionics. These were then fused together and given to Nillanna.

Effects of overlay and enhancement:

Noted increase in elemental energy. Increased range of both base and overlay enhancement abilities.

Noted emergent changes:

Chromatic abberation in any water under the influence of Nillanna. This is to a noticeable degree. This even occurs under a veiled state. Unlikely to cause suspicion or attention.

Extreme heightened senses in unveiled state. Necessitated the creation of specialized equipmment to reduce excess stimuli.
