HIDDEN hEROES
iNITIATIVE oVERVIEW
The Hidden Heroes Initiative/Protocol was enacted in order to provide better preparation for possible future threats. Despite the dismantling of the threat of Makuta Teridax, the Matoram universe continues to be treated by extraterrestrial ,extradimensional, and internal threats. Until there is a method found to fully separate and shield us from these threats, we will continue to have need of our protectors to stand by us.
Recent threats have been especially destructive, and often are beings from alternate dimensions of our own. We must end up facing familiar faces and unfamiliar Foes alike.
We thus have acquired a team of volunteer individuals to attempt to provide extra power and abilities in order to protect and greater power to drive back these foes.
The Main focus of this protocol is the development and creation of heroes who can wield multiple elements and abilities at the same time. Research from the progenitor library project has given us bigger insight into our own design, and how we wield elements. This has allowed us to better prepare these heroes.
Once these power up procedures are complete, these abilities are repressed and the heroes are put in roles that a normal toa would be expected to act in. Ready to be unveiled and brought forward to face any Foes that come our way.
